I noticed an old negative review on this product. I have used Core changing handles for quite a while on my custom builds. Good product no problems. Their extended model is a good value and I am purchasing a few more.

This is by far the worst changing handle I have ever purchased. I will return for a full refund the quality is just not there. The charging handle was poorly machined rough and as sharp as you can get.

The anodized finish is rough. The latch has a sharp edge that does not easily engage the upper. The latch spring is stronger than it needs to be. The latch does not easily disengage when pulling the charging handle back. I returned this charging handle.

Not Within Specs 23/02/2014
This charging handle is not in specs. Installed the part and it drags and snags in a few places. Pulled the charging handle to the rear maybe 10 times and the aluminum is already showing through on top of the charging handle as well as underneath to the read of the charging handle. I tried two other charging handles including a stock one that came with another AR and a BCM Gunfighter and neither had any problems in the upper.

The product quality and finish looked fine. However, the charging handle didn't fit in 2 out my 3 uppers. I bought it for use in a Stag Lefty upper as part of a build I'm doing for my wife. It didn't fit in there, so I tried swapping it out with one from my 20" Del Ton, where it also did not fit. I ended up swapping the charging handle from my LWRC M6A2, and it seems to work in there. Other than the fit issues, the handle appears to be well made. It didn't appear bent or otherwise compromised. I don't know if the bolt key channels in those particular uppers are a bit tight or what, but I made it work by shifting parts around, though I would have preferred to keep parts where they were, because I know they worked the way they were. I doubt this charging handle will compromise the reliabilty of the LWRC, but if it does, I'll use it to weigh my garbage can down.
