The TCS Sling is a 2-1 point convertible sling designed to function on CAR-15 / M4 variants and a wide variety of other long guns. It can be converted from 2 point to 1 point sling formats in seconds and back again just as easily. It features three (3) 3/8" wide shock cords sleeved at the rear end of the sling that allow you to sling up a little tighter, yet easily cross shoulder transition. The shock cords also give you the benefit of shock absorption during aggressive movement. The TCS Sling also features a side release buckle assembly that is intended to stay attached to the weapon at all times. The female portion of the side release buckle is permanently attached to the sling itself. With the male portion of the side release buckle attached to the weapon, and the female portion attached to the sling, the sling remains wrapped around the operator's body when the release buckle is disengaged. This is the key feature of this design. If it becomes necessary to unhook the weapon from your body, such as when firing from an unconventional shooting position outside of the capabilities of the sling or something as simple, yet hazardous, as mounting/dismounting a vehicle, there isn't 3 feet of webbing trailing from the weapon. This allows the operator a much greater degree of versatility and safety. Note: You must have some form of side mounted front sling loop, hook or swivel and a receiver mounted QD swivel socket for this sling to mount to. La TCS Sling è una slinga convertibile da 2 a 1 punto progettata per funzionare su varianti CAR-15 / M4 e una vasta gamma di altre armi lunghe. Può essere convertita da formati a 2 punti a formati a 1 punto in pochi secondi e viceversa con la stessa facilità. È dotata di tre (3) cordini di assorbimento degli urti larghi 3/8" posizionati all'estremità posteriore della slinga che consentono di stringere un po' di più, ma permettono anche una facile transizione tra le spalle. I cordini di assorbimento degli urti offrono anche il vantaggio dell'assorbimento degli urti durante movimenti aggressivi. La TCS Sling presenta anche un sistema di fibbia a rilascio laterale che è progettato per rimanere attaccato all'arma in ogni momento. La parte femminile della fibbia a rilascio laterale è permanentemente attaccata alla slinga stessa. Con la parte maschile della fibbia a rilascio laterale attaccata all'arma e la parte femminile attaccata alla slinga, la slinga rimane avvolta attorno al corpo dell'operatore quando la fibbia di rilascio viene disinserita. Questa è la caratteristica chiave di questo design. Se diventa necessario sganciare l'arma dal corpo, come quando si spara da una posizione di tiro non convenzionale al di fuori delle capacità della slinga o qualcosa di semplice, ma pericoloso, come salire/scendere da un veicolo, non ci sono 3 piedi di webbing che pendono dall'arma. Questo consente all'operatore un grado di versatilità e sicurezza molto maggiore. Nota: È necessario avere una qualche forma di anello frontale per slinga montato lateralmente, gancio o girello e una presa QD montata sul ricevitore per montare questa slinga.
