Fully Assembled, Complete Slide Assembly for New Builds or Upgrading Your Factory G43 Ready to build a new custom pistol or just upgrade your current Glock® 43? Top it off with our Complete Slide Assembly for Glock® 43, available in three configurations: with a premium match-quality barrel, a ½"-28 tpi threaded barrel to accept a sound suppressor, or with a ported barrel that vents through a window in the top of the slide to counteract muzzle rise and help you keep the sights on the target for subsequent shots. No need to install a bulky compensator on the muzzle, so your new comped pistol will still fit standard holsters for the Glock® 43. These slides come fully assembled with the barrel and all the internal small parts installed, making this RMR Slide the ideal upgrade for your factory Glock® 43 pistol or the perfect "top half" for a brand-new custom gun built on a compatible frame from another manufacturer. It features a pre-cut slot for easy, secure, low-profile mounting of a reflex red dot sight that fits the Holosun 407K footprint (adapter plates are available separately for RMR sights). If you're not mounting a red dot at the moment, we've included a lightweight reinforced polymer cover plate to neatly fill the slot. This slide comes with standard-height front and rear sights, which can serve as your primaries or a backup "iron" sights when paired with a red dot sight. Comes COMPLETE with barrel, front & rear sights, and small parts installed Fits Glock® 43 pistols & clones Built-in mounting slot for reflex sights with the Holosun 407k footprint Optic slot cover plate & recoil spring assembly also included Slide machined from 416 stainless steel billet, with a Black Nitride finish Choice of Solid top slide with standard barrel or ½"-28 tpi threaded barrel, OR distinctive top Window slide with ported/compensated barrel Each of our slides for Glock® starts life as a billet of 416 stainless steel that is machined to Glock® factory specifications inside, with a tough, extremely wear-resistant black Nitride finish. This slide fits standard Glock® factory G43 frames and compatible aftermarket frames. The match-quality barrel is machined from premium 416R stainless steel alloy. The muzzle of the threaded barrel has standard ½"-28 tpi threads. The ported barrel has eight ports angled to provide just the right counterforce to muzzle rise. On the sides at the rear, you'll find distinctive wide, shallow cocking serrations that give excellent "purchase" to rack the slide, plus a mirrored set of serrations up front that aid in manipulating the slide to press-check the chamber. Both sets of serrations make it easy to manipulate your pistol's slide from any angle and in any position. Hey, we have to admit these serrations just look very cool, too! Whether you're assembling a custom pistol to meet specific needs, or you're upgrading a factory Glock 43 for enhanced performance and versatility, a Brownells complete slide assembly is helps you complete your project quickly and easily!
