Lets You Tailor Extraction & Ejection To Individual Loads

Lightweight, steel gas block features an adjustable gas port that lets you tune the amount of gas for reliable extraction and ejection to match your ammo. Adjustment screw closes or opens the port in the block and not the gas tube; drilling of the gas tube is not required. Fits under free float tubes and does not interfere with sight picture through scopes or red-dot sights. Dual set screws on bottom of the block securely locks the block onto the barrel.

SPECS: Steel, hardcoat anodized, matte black. 1" (2.5cm) long, 1.37"(3.4cm) high, 1 oz. (28g) wt. Fits barrels .750" OD at the gas block position.

Il blocco gas in acciaio leggero dispone di una porta gas regolabile che permette di sintonizzare la quantità di gas per garantire un'estrazione ed espulsione affidabili in base alle munizioni utilizzate. La vite di regolazione chiude o apre la porta nel blocco e non nel tubo del gas; non è necessario forare il tubo del gas. Si adatta sotto i tubi flottanti e non interferisce con il campo visivo attraverso ottiche o mirini a punto rosso. Due viti di fissaggio sul fondo del blocco bloccano in modo sicuro il blocco sulla canna.

SPECIFICHE: Acciaio, anodizzato hardcoat, nero opaco. Lunghezza 1" (2,5cm), altezza 1,37"(3,4cm), peso 1 oz. (28g). Adatto a canne con diametro esterno di .750" nella posizione del blocco gas.

I started my third Carbine and could not adjust the gas block no matter how many times I tried. I got tired and replaced it with a different low profile gas block. I have had no problems, I'm not sure sure if I had received a defective product but would not waste my time on another one, simply just don't buy one and save yourself the trouble.

This is a great product if you do your homework and pre-fit\measure all aspects prior to permanently installing it. The one gotcha would be gas hole alignment. If your barrel's gas hole was drilled with the assumption that you will be using a fore end cap then you must shim the gas block out from the shoulder to get gas hole alignment. Also, pre-check the gas tube fit and gas hole alignment as well as open up the gas adjustment screw all the way to expose the hole and make it easy to get visual gas hole alignment. The .750 size fit was perfect on my CMMG barrel which I pre-tested. I selected this gas block because the adjusment screw faces the front and not to the rear of the rifle. I gave it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

Great product made my AR-47 run PERFECT (09/01/2016)

I bout a fully assembled 7.62X39 upper with a 7" barrel. From the factory named from a Florida city (state armory) and it did not work at all (& they were not supportive). I went through different buffer weights up to 9mm with no luck. I installed this adjustable gas block and have fired 240 rounds today with no stoppage. Start with the gas adjusting screw in and move it one turn out until your AR cycles to remove the shot round and feed the next. Then go at a half turn more (1-1/2 was too much) This worked for me.
