Stays where you put it.(24/07/2010)
Stays where you put it, great for glocks.
it Works.(03/01/2011)
I'm a gunsmith in Canada. So naturally i need something that doesn't gum up at -20F to -40F. Also it needs to do it's job reliably. I noticed that certain guns would come back sticking/ hanging up, or have excessive ware. I started using this grease in double barreled shot guns on the locking blocks and hinges. Also for the cocking cam surfaces on bolts. or any high pressure spot the oil doesn't seem to stay in. I haven't had problem since. I recommended this product to my customers. This is not a replacement for oil, use grease only in high pressure places, where the oil doesn't stay. Not for things like firing pins etc.
Excellent on Handguns(11/03/2012)
I've been using this grease for the last ten years primarily on semi-autos. After having experimented with numerous other products like a lot of us have, it has become the only LP product I use on pistols on both moderate term stored guns and one's that are carried daily. As a lubricant, it performs exceptionally well as it maintains its consistency in both cold and hot environments. It does not liquefy or splatter when the firearm is hot and cycling. It does not run, pool, become tacky or harden over time. A thin film with a slight sheen is all that's needed. It doesn't attract dirt and repels moisture extremely well. The only way to remove it is to use a degreaser for it forms a strong bond to the surface applied. Cleaning becomes easier as fouling and debris doesn't have the ability to get baked on when this grease is utilized. It has a pleasant smell and doesn't irritate. The only negative aspect to it that I believe most people will quickly discover is with its application. As with any grease, it will be more time consuming to apply (and remove) than with oil. However, once you realize its advantages, you won't mind putting in the extra effort. One easy method I use is to put a small amount on a toothbrush then brush it on to clean & degreased metal. You will observe the metal's color become deeper, darker with a slight sheen, and become real slick; that's how you know it's on. A tube of this lasts a very, very long time. Great bang for the buck, highly recommended. Be forewarned, once you try this, all your other collection of lubricants will seem somewhat useless.
Best(20/06/2013)
One of the best grease I have used.
Great Grease(22/01/2014)
Picked this up to be my all around gun grease. Glad I did. The syringe makes it easy to get the grease exactly where you want it and it stays there. Great stuff.
works as advertised !!!(22/03/2014)
I wanted to see if a thin coat of this grease would make the slide on my Remington 870 express super magnum smooth out a bit, not that it was excessively hard to rack but even with my cleaner lubricant protectant oil applied ,it was a bit stiff . It is not a new gun , I bought it used ,build date April 2002 and it has had many rounds through it. it is in great working condition, I just want it to be as smooth as possible & with this grease it is. I applied it , worked the slide few times & put the gun away , went about my daily business . Came back a few hours later & installed a side saddle ordered on line and noticed a difference in the feel, of the slide when I racked the shotgun during a short dry fire exercise . This lube works as advertised. First I was skeptical but now I'm a believer, it does not take much, Stays where you put it, seems to penetrate , is very slick. I will add this to my cleaning & lubricating regimen, it will not replace all other products I currently use but it will enhance them. It's a small price to pay to make your firearm cycle smoother.
