Allows the reamer to remain parallel with the bore, while compensating for up to .030" of misalignment or wear between tailstock and chuck. Wide bearing surface, plus hardened and ground components give smooth movement with no cam-to-center lockup. Low mass, aluminum head lets the tool quickly respond to the slightest out of roundness. Hardened steel bushing eliminates wear in the reamer socket. Features interchangeable shanks; holder is reamed to accept shank with #2 Jacobs taper. Furnished with 1/2" diameter straight shank.

Consente al reamer di rimanere parallelo con il foro, compensando fino a .030" di disallineamento o usura tra il mandrino e il chuck. Ampia superficie di supporto, oltre a componenti temprati e rettificati, garantiscono un movimento fluido senza bloccaggi al centro. La testa in alluminio a bassa massa consente allo strumento di rispondere rapidamente al minimo ovalizzazione. Il bush in acciaio temprato elimina l'usura nella presa del reamer.
